Reservation Agreement
To
reserve a cabin, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at
the time a reservation is made. A second payment is due 6
months prior to your reservation date, 50% of the total balance
less the deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
date. Acceptable payments include checks, money orders, and
credit or debit cards. A reservation confirmation will be sent
after the first deposit is received.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. Early check-in may be arranged if the
cabin is available. Check-out is by 11 a.m.
**Cancellation Policy** The time factor is critical in
vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off
the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any
reason after booking, your rent cannot be refunded unless the
vacation rental is re-rented (less the non-refundable
deposit). The earlier you warn us that you may need to
cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.
**Property
Condition/Security Deposits** When you arrive, please check
the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us
promptly of any problems or damage, during normal business
hours. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival
condition. No physical damage; vacation rental and yard neat
and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash
removed, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or
grounds needing more than reasonable cleaning are grounds for
security deposit claims. If there is no problem, deposits will
be returned by mail 1 week after the date of departure. If we
are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will mail
you a letter in writing describing the details within 30 days.
**Losses or
Theft** The Owners and Agent are not responsible for loss,
theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation
rental.
**You Are
Responsible for Your Choice** This vacation rental is
individually owned and managed. We have current pictures
available online, and have described our vacation rental in
detail to the best of our ability. We cannot, however, make the
decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not
happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be
refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
**Long
Distance Telephone Calls** You are responsible for all your
long-distance charges. You can receive incoming calls except
for collect calls, and make outgoing local calls, but you cannot
make outgoing long-distance calls except collect or with a
charge card.
